Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Bosie Tech ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use the SlideOut mobile application ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide directly

SlideOut does not require an account, sign-up, or any personal information to play. We do not collect:

• Your name, email address, or phone number
• Photos, contacts, or location
• Any user-generated content

1.3 Information from third-party services

SlideOut integrates the following third-party SDKs that may collect data:

• Google AdMob (and Google's User Messaging Platform for consent) — used to show ads. May collect device identifiers for ad targeting under your ATT choice. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Apple App Analytics — anonymous aggregate usage data managed by your iOS device settings under Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the App
• Diagnose crashes and performance issues
• Show ads (when the ad SDK is enabled)
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not:

• Sell your data to third parties
• Use your data for purposes unrelated to SlideOut
• Track you across other apps or websites without your explicit consent via App Tracking Transparency

3. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

When you first open SlideOut on iOS 14.5 or later, you may see a system prompt asking permission for tracking. If you:

• Allow tracking — we (and our ad partners) may use your device's IDFA to show more relevant ads.
• Ask App Not to Track — we will not use IDFA. You will still see ads, but they will be less relevant.

You can change your decision at any time: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → SlideOut.

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

SlideOut is rated 4+ and intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us at the email below and we will delete it promptly.

5. Data Retention

• Crash logs: retained for up to 90 days, then automatically deleted.
• Aggregate usage statistics: retained indefinitely in anonymized form.
• Local game progress (PlayerPrefs): stored only on your device. We do not transmit it. Uninstalling the App or using Settings → Reset Progress in-app removes it.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Object to processing of your data
• Withdraw consent (where consent was the basis for collection)

California residents: you have additional rights under CCPA, including the right to know what categories of personal information we collect and to opt out of any "sale" of personal information. SlideOut does not sell personal information.

EEA / UK residents: you have rights under GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect data in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. However, no system is 100% secure; please contact us immediately if you suspect a breach affecting your data.

8. Third-Party Links

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Review their privacy policies before providing any information.

9. International Data Transfers

Bosie Tech operates from Turkey. If you access the App from another country, your information may be transferred to, processed, and stored in Turkey. By using the App, you consent to such transfer.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with a new "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be announced via in-app notification at next launch.
